Knowledge and Experience

The Austrian Sports Betting Operations Department is responsible for managing operations of all tipp3 gaming products. The team consists of highly qualified, experienced employees – most of whom have been in the industry for many years. They provide a significant contribution to the company with their extensive know-how and expertise. Together they ensure the company’s gaming operations remain reliable, secure, and of the highest quality at all times.

Many Tasks, One Responsible Team

In order to ensure the smooth flow of gaming operations, specialised teams are paired based on individual expertise in addition to their outstanding technical qualifications. Together they execute the following tasks with the utmost care and accuracy:

1. regular production of the betting program with attractive odds;
2. monitoring the international sports betting and customer-oriented supervision of bets;
3. timely settlement of winnings for all customers immediately after the end of the match or event;
4. answering specific customer betting inquiries;
5. support for BGS and tipp3 customers.
